One of the things you could do to “green” your wedding is having organic food. So, I came across Delyte’s, an award winning caterer and event planning company that supports local farmers, and uses seasonal ingredients, from organics to locally picked and farmed fresh produce to sustainable farmed meats & fish. Some of the items on their menu are Eggplant Sandwiches, Baked Crab Cakes, Seared Ahi Tuna, Mini Meat Balls, Colorado Lamb Lollipops and Drilled Tofu Skewer. Yummy! I’m getting a little hungry!
